Project Neighbors won funds in Armenia Turkey Cinema Platform16 Apr 2010Manana Youth Films studio's new project called Neighbors won funds in a film project pitching organized by Golden Apricot International Film Festival and Anadolu Kultur in frames of Armenia Turkey Cinema Platform (ATCP). The pitching took place in Istanbul in April 7-11, where Gor Baghdasaryan, the coordinator of the youth film studio presented the project personally. Besides the additional funds, the film is already included in the program of Istanbul International Film Festival and Golden Apricot for 2011. Neighbors is a full-length documentary project launched with the support of Royal Norwegian Embassy. The film tells about two neighbor villages, which are divided by the barbed wire of Armenian-Turkish Borders. In April 15th the participants of the pitching, as well as the Golden Apricot Film Festival organizers and ATCP coordinators organized a press conference, where the projects were presented publicly.
